For years our team has been available for roof repairs for the Quality Inn in Spartanburg. After 20 years the previous roof had come to what we like to call, End Of Life. It was time for a Quality Commercial Roof for the Quality Inn in Spartanburg.

It never comes when you plan for it. The time had come for a full roof replacement. The call came in late one afternoon, so our owner James met with the hotel owner first thing the next morning. It was discovered that there were a couple of leaks that really needed to be done soon.

The property was in the midst of remodeling some of the rooms, so the commercial roof project actually was perfect timing. We reviewed color options and selected Atlas Pinnacle Hickory which has a fantastic earthy tone, which gave great contrast.

With the roof condition in need and storms on the horizon, we were able to adjust the project calendar to make good things happen. In only two days, the Consumer First Roofing team removed the old roof and installed the new Atlas roof. The newer Atlas Roofing Shingles selected come with a 30 Year Manufacture Warranty.
